We understand that life can throw unexpected circumstances our way, and we genuinely care about ensuring everyone has a fantastic experience with us. With that in mind, we are pleased to offer exchanges for any programs or online store purchases you make. If you need to cancel a program that you enrolled in, as long as you notify us at least 30 days before the scheduled start date, we will gladly provide a full refund or offer an exchange for another date/time that suits you better. Our programs encompass camps, lessons, and events, and we uphold the same commitment to you. In the rare event that we have to cancel a program, we will issue a full refund or gladly arrange an exchange for another date/time. Please understand that we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made after the 30-day cutoff period–we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It's important to note that all refunds are subject to a 10% transaction fee; however, we strive to ensure your satisfaction throughout the entire process.

Weather

Mother Nature can be unpredictable. Our summer programs are scheduled based on optimal swells and weather conditions. We'll notify you of any upcoming bad weather up to 48 hours in advance and at least 24 hours before any cancellations or rescheduling due to weather. Cancellations due to weather will result in an exchange for another date/time. All refunds maintain a 10% transaction fee.

We offer Private Lessons for anyone and everyone- all ages, all skill levels, all abilities, all group sizes. Learn all of the basics of wave riding or refine your skills and train for your professional career with a Private Lesson. No experience required. Each lesson begins with a dynamic warmup followed by an explanation of safety and techniques on the beach. Moving at your own pace, our instructors guide you to the ocean and are guaranteed to get you riding!

We schedule Private Lessons around optimal surf conditions and closely monitor swells and weather. Private Lessons can be rescheduled due to weather conditions. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more information.

We provide boards for every participant in our programs. If a student already feels a connection with a specific board, we encourage them to bring it!

We do not provide badges for participants nor spectators. Each person on the beach is required to obtain a beach badge from Beach Haven Township.

We maintain a 3-4:1 student to instructor ratio at all times.

You don't have to tip, but if you feel like it, our instructors would be really grateful! Any little bit goes a long way in helping them bring their absolute best to your sessions.
