Join us for two unforgettable experiences designed to inspire, empower, and connect women through the exhilarating sport of surfing. Our weekend programs are crafted to provide you with the perfect blend of education, practice, and support to enhance your surfing skills and help you feeling energized and empowered.

On-Land Surf Fundamentals: Gain a solid understanding of surfing techniques and fundamentals through comprehensive on-land instruction.

In-Water Guidance and Support: Feel confident and empowered with expert assistance every step of the way.

Begin each morning with a deliberate effort to synchronize your body and mind, fostering a harmonious connection that sets the tone for the day ahead. Our warm ups are designed to engage you in surf-specific yoga asanas, meticulously curated to prime your body for the exhilarating challenges of surfing.

Each day our experience is enriched by nourishing food and crafted coffee from Guapo's Coffee House.

Guapo's isn't just a cafe, it's an essential part of our Women's Surf Weekend where every meal is a celebration of surf culture and community.

After the exhilarating rush of surfing, we offer relaxation and rejuvenation with a transformative journey through a Breathwork + Ice Bath, and soothing Sauna session at Le Garage.

Day One Itinerary

  • Meet and greet each surfer and enjoy breakfast on the beach

  • Yoga warmup led by our experienced instructors

  • Personalized on-land instruction tailored tailored to your individual needs and skill level

  • Hit the waves for an in-water surf session

  • Return to the beach to share our experiences

  • Relax and rejuvenate your body with a Breathwork + Ice Bath + Sauna Session
